Dr. Don Bartlette

Dr. Bartlette has traveled extensively as a full-time public speaker throughout the United States and Canada sharing several presentations that relate to his Christian testimony for over 30 years. His major presentation, titled "Macaroni at Midnight", is a profile of Dr. Bartlette's experiences as an Indian child growing up with severe speech and physical handicaps in an environment of poverty, child abuse, family violence, racism and alcoholism.

Sue Languedoc, BSW, RSW, Consultant Family Violence

Sue is a Metis mother of two young men. Her Aboriginal roots come from the Wood Mountain reserve in Saskatchewan.
Sue has worked in the counseling profession for the past 30 years and is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. She is Executive Director of Aboriginal Consulting Services Association of Alberta, which she co-founded in 1992. Her area of expertise is working with Aboriginal Family Violence. Sue has conducted Canada wide research and co-wrote Reducing Family Violence in Canadian Aboriginal Communities; The Development of a Comprehensive Prevention Program, which led to the development and implementation of the Circle of Safety Family Violence program for Aboriginal men, women and children Sue co-published Components of an Aboriginal-Based Family Violence intervention Program in "Families in Society; The Journal of Contemporary Social Services.
